Hello! I'm Teri Lott.
I’d be delighted to share some stories with you! As a retired educator with a lifelong passion for storytelling, I bring years of experience to each tale I tell.
My repertoire includes trickster tales, Jack tales, original stories, seasonal favorites, personal narratives, puppet-enhanced performances, and much more. I offer storytelling sessions for all ages—from 3 to 103. Whether you're interested in stories just for fun or educational programs like Ohioans You Should Know and Famous Women in History, I can tailor the experience to suit your audience.
You’re welcome to choose from my wide selection of stories, or I can create a custom session just for your group. I’ve shared stories in a variety of settings, including daycares, schools, libraries, festivals, and retirement communities across Ohio, West Virginia, Kentucky, Pennsylvania, and Florida.
I'm an active member of The Storytellers of Central Ohio, the Western Reserve Storytellers, the West Virginia Storytelling Guild, and the Kentucky Storytelling Association.
In 2024, I was thrilled to receive the Storytelling Award at the first Appalachian Literary Arts and Storytelling Festival.
Whether you’re seeking a lively session for children, a thought-provoking program for adults, or something in between, I’d love to create an unforgettable storytelling experience for you.
